Sani Hotel, Kuala Lumpur ★★★

The room is beautiful and tv available in many channels!The lobby is so beautiful and the security guard is very hardworking,when we want to go into the hotel,he will open the door to us^^

Breakfast is not too good,but quite ok~The beds are too soft.

The bed room was comfort. With 2 pillow. There an iron and an iron board in the room as well.

There no hairdryer in the room. Ask the front desk, but they are out of the hairdryer. Was told to ask the next day instead but disappointed there no hairdryer. In the for two days i go out with wet hair.

Bed is okay. Cheese please! if you could provide will be great; coffee is too mild. Better to provide not too spicy food.

Shower room needs glasses divider/screen so that the washroom is not wet all over because water will be splashed everywhere each time we take shower; the floor will be very slippery too and this is dangerous particularly to elderly and children. The sink should be wider to place our toiletries.

The size of room is big and comfortable..

The bathroom is not clean. The foods provided for breakfast is cold. The furnitures is located to not suitable places.

Nothing loke

At first, I was checked in for 6 days 5 nights. Unfortunetly on the second day morning after bathed and I look at mirror I found that my shoulder area got many red spot!!It is really terrible, I am suspect that either is the hygiene of bath towel or the bed got mites!!! I just stayed 2 nights and I just checked out earlier directly and waste the others 3 nights. To me, this is a very bad experience and I will not come back any more. For those who wish to book I will advice think twice please. Hope my review can be seen by the hotel management in order to improve their hotel hygiene. I have photo of my shoulder as proven.

Improvement: 1) Always checking Bath room wall cleaness, Aircon cooling system 2)Room should add a small wall table for working area, Existing table for partner makeup purpose. 3)Water flow is a bit low 4) Breakfast have no vegetable salad, need to add on some tomato, cucumber..

Manager insisted that we were not allowed to cancel rooms we were not using despite website specifically saying that changes must be made with the hotel at check-in. Front desk staff were helpful but management was insistent that we and the Booking.com website were wrong. TV in room needed to be fixed and internet in rooms was slow and took repeated efforts to log on.

Managing of booking was poor. I have been waiting 15min to get my room because not in their list. The staff also was not friendly and I've get a phone call at 5.30am just to ask my details of the booking.

The staffs were courteous and facilities were good. The breakfast was okay. In short, value for money

I would have preferred stronger water pressure and the shower water was also not really hot enough for my liking.
